Orzobeat Media rolls out plans for King and Queen of the House Reality TV Show

An international entertainment and event management outfit Orzobeat Media has rolled out plans for King and Queen of the House Reality TV Show (KQ HOUSE SHOW), which is expected to change the face of reality TV in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

The show is expected to produce ambassadors of positive virtues in Nigeria and Africa as whole, according to the project director Mr. Lambart Nnorom Jr.

Mr. Nnorom who was speaking for Orzobeat Media, said beauty pageants and reality TV have been taken over by mediocre; people who cash out on the increasing immorality in the society, adding that things are about to change.

“The notion behind beauty pageantry has almost gone moribund and totally defeated. Boys and Girls have taken it as one of the cheapest ways to run for their immorality cum pimping businesses.

“We no longer have beauty Queens with brain and the desired aim for its promotion, which is to work on a Pet Project and standing tall as Models against ill societal influences. Mediocre and Girls of easy virtue are the ones wearing the crown for various Beauty Pageant Organizations”

He stated that nothing will be left in the hands of destroyers, adding that King and Queen of the House Reality TV Show has come to the rescue.

Explaining the concept of King and Queen of the House Reality TV Show, Mr. Nnorom said, it is a pageant for 30 contestants vying for two crowns for the King and Queen.

“It is a pageant cum reality TV show, where viewers will enjoy every single thing till the winners emerge”, he said.
He further stated that they will be taking strict measures to ensures the best of beauty and brain are admitted to the house.“Panel of Judges shall interview entrants on areas of Job creation, anti-corruption strategies and sociopolitical progress of the society. It is expected that the good – looking intelligentsia will finally  emerge, who shall become ambassadors of societal values in order to curb youthful unrest, community clashes, Child trafficking, cultism, Drug abuse etc” Mr. Lambert Nnorom Jr. said.

On how prepared Orzobeat Media is to carry out the task of organizing a reality TV show as KQ HOUSE SHOW that will be resounding beyond Nigeria, Mr. Nnorom said that everything has been put down as they are supposed to be, adding that there has been some structural implementations, strategic partnerships and other things needed are being sorted out ahead of 2021 when the event is expected to come alive.

“We understand every strength and weakness that is on ground at the moment, and with our strategy being to make things better while promoting African culture and values, we’re working towards being stronger than the strongest and not being as weak as their weakness”

Amaka Gift took to her facebook page and write:
I'm very excited and encouraged to see Imo bloggers creating gospel music site, radio presenters, and circular artist singing and making gospel songs. My elders in the ministry making gospel music are now working hard and being recognized, talked about on social media and nominated for awards. Even show players are making plans to visit the studio and professionalize their career in music.
My grace is like that of Mercy Chinwo, she arrived Nigerian gospel music industry in 2017 and till date has remained the flag bearer in the music ministry, her arrival motivated the pioneers of Nigerian gospel music to pick up the cross and follow Jesus. Now likes of Franks Edwards are making promo and giving out cash to propagate the gospel through their new songs, Sinach and the rest are hosting concerts, making international collaboration and going on tours. Jesus is Lord.
I want to appreciate God for making me a tool He uses to ignite the passion of my brethren in the ministry to carry out the work of our father here in Imo State and beyond. I pray to the almighty God through Jesus Christ our Lord to bring each and every one of us, our audience to the hearing of our songs and to the glory of his name. Amen.

The true life story began from when he was seven. Having been born
into a barely comfortable polygamous family, being of the Ehugbo stock
that practices a matrilineal system of inheritance, and of course, as
is typical of an ambitious Igbo boy, he was happy to leave home for
Southern Cameroun with his maternal uncle in search for greener
pasture. This search would finally see him dwelling in various
settings and across many seas away from home to achieve his goals.

The story spoke of three major prophecies that came to pass and helped
shape the boy’s life. It spoke of Africa, it spoke of Europe; it spoke
of various languages, cultures, religions, politics and isms. It told
of reincarnation and metaphysics; and recounted the history of the
boy’s people; of the abuses suffered by him both while under his
uncle’s care at Cameroun, at school, and in his conscription as a
barely armed, barely trained child soldier fighting in the frontlines
of the Nigeria-Biafra civil war. It spoke of the remote and immediate
causes of that war and its long term consequences on the people. It
also gave exciting accounts of the experience: the fight, the escapes,
and an eventual surrender.

It spoke of many firsts and of successes; of an exceptionally gifted
child who loved education, inventions, sport; and who always came tops
in class all through to his doctorate award bagged in 1987. A boy
saved from more perilous war circumstances to become orderly to a
General, the second-in-command of a rebel group. A boy now a
grandfather, who came small in size, but activist in nature to achieve
greatness for himself and family name; and to establish precedents
that encourage others. A boy fated to be lucky; winning lotteries and
opportunities, gaining support and mentoring every step of the way to
see him through life itself and its many hurdles.

The book came with fantasy and romance; detailing the childish romance
with Rose Mukete in Cameroun; the meeting and falling in love with
Grace Jombo who turned out to become a strong pillar of support to him
in Warri. This later love story is particularly touching as it tells
of a young man’s evergreen experiences with a Grace who suddenly was
no longer reachable and whose unknown whereabouts till date leaves a
gap in his mind, that only she can fill. The story went forward to
show the inter-racial meeting, falling in love and marriage in
Bulgaria to Vanya Dimitrova that helped stabilize the young man’s
focus, and of the family they built together.

The story further itemized the man’s work career in the academic world
and in the private sector, and how he rose up to become a community
leader on many fronts: tutorials, students and trade unions, in
traditional settings, local and tribal politics. The story also
brought to light the many rots in the ivory tower, and the spiritual
powers inherent in man.

Not only was I totally engrossed while I read the book “The General’s
Orderly … An Autobiography of a Biafran Soldier by Arua Okereke”, I
found myself out rightly seduced by the way the gifted writer played
with his words in the 436-page, 17-chapter book published by LifeRich;
and how he finally wove them all together with tasty spices of poetry
and adventure to achieve an authoritative masterpiece. Indeed, as a
creative builder, engineering expert and professor of construction
technology, Arua ‘Patrick’ Okereke must have brought in his keen eye
for art and specific details to birth a beautiful book that is not
just worth reading but captivating to the very last page.

"NOLLYWOOD EXCELLENT DIRECTOR".                                     On the 4th of August 2018, the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) South East, converged at Aba, Abia State for their fourth "South East Nollywood Awards for Excellence". The height of the ceremony was an exceptional Award and recognition of "Nollywood Excellent Director" conferred on the highly talented Nollywood Script Writer and Movie Director LAMBERT NNOROM (JNR). The recognition and  Award is an 'all time Award' above the competitive stage; as it is, in the Class of "Hall of Fame", The erudite Scriptwriter cum Movie Director had this to say on the podium, "I am humbled to be the first recipient of this AWARD and recognition. Nevertheless, it further challenges me to give more to you all thru the Movie World. I dedicate the Award to all my detractors and back stabbers.  To all my well wishers, this is just part of our victory. I am proud of all of you and will never to let you down".

"Healer" is often a spiritual profession best described in its true sense mostly in Europe, America and a couple of other spiritually motivated nations of the world.
In an African sense, "Healers" are often not as identified as their counterparts in other continents as most of them are discovered to either be Pastors, Motivational Speakers, Counselors or rarely, practicing psychologists. However, I chose to celebrate a kind I consider a real "African Healer". One who independently brings peaceful inspiration to broken souls. She is deep with insights, hence an awakened soul seeking to ignite the fire of her divine connection to the human race, especially for the less privileged who survive through the empathetic kindness of people like Amaka Gift.

Amaka Gift is a fast rising gospel singer, Public Speaker and a ceremonial presenter. She has till date held speaking sessions in selected primary schools, as she continues to draw plans of visiting many more where she hopes to take the gospel to the light bearers of future generations.
She is a devoted Christian and a prospective Nurse. She arrived last, in a family of 8 who hails from Mbaise, in IMO State Nigeria.

Join the light, as she extends open arms of love with the children at the orphanage to mark her birthday. we celebrate with Amaka Gift as she celebrates her divine birthday on the 28th of August. She refuse telling us her age anyway. ??
See some photos of our "African Healer" She has taken me straight to the deep, feel free to follow her on social network @RealAmakaGift.
Happy birthday Amaka Gift.

Obigbo Foundation a social cultural organization spearheaded by Nollywood film maker Chinyere Okparaji aka Chinny is now to be known as Obigbo Center for Language & Cultural Survival. Chinny says the name change was inevitable because the Obigbo project metamorphosed and evolved as the group carried out its projects. 'We realized that we couldn't just promote and preserve language and culture without protecting the  rights and privilegesof the indigenous people'
She said. Obigbo is geared towards promoting, preserving language and heritage and protecting indigenous rights through movies, stage, dance, music and all forms of media. Obigbo is set to embark on the use of new media for sensitization and campaigns. Chinny Okparaji is the Executive director of Obigbo.
She is determined to tell African indigenous African stories. She is currently working on a feature film set in an imaginary African Island. The
Island hosts several oil wells but the people are very poor.  They are torn in between clashes with the kwashiki herdsmen and the oil companies ravaging their waters and land.

The stage is set for the 2nd edition of Face of Africa  Beauty Pageant scheduled to holds July 2018 at Rockview Hotel Owerri ,Imo state.

The organizer of the program,Mr Ik Anyanwu, Ceo Face of Arise Africa  made this disclosure while fielding question from newsmen in Owerri recently.

He explained  that  the entertainment industry is set to witness a re-branding with the 2nd edition of “Face of Arise  Beauty Pageant, he noted that the show  is  the biggest scholarship pageant competition in Nigeria. Last year we had over 30 contestants who were equipped with various skills.

The organizer  pointed out that the  Beauty Pageant ,themed : Creativity & Style is designed for every young person between the ages of 18 -28 years old, even as he noted that application forms  are now on sale till May   20th. While the Audition comes up June  2018.

He maintained that the Face of Arise Africa Beauty Pageant is a program aimed at organizing  young ladies and men towards a new order of projecting Nigeria Image and creating a platform for general entertainment

According to the young and vibrant Arise Africa Boss "this is not just another beauty pageant, but a show  tailored towards inspiring and nurturing young, talented models as we seek to raise the beautiful continent of Africa. It is also another season to celebrate people, places and values during this season as special recognition will be given to distinguished personalities during the show .

Face of Arise Africa Beauty Pageant will also afford the organizers opportunity to choose a brand Ambassador who will run charitable projects within and outside Nigeria and also represent Nigeria in International competitions."

Anyanwu further explained that the Face of Arise Afrika is an answer to the quest among most youths to explore their talents and be identified as celebrities but due to the non availability of adequate platforms in Africa for self discovery, most youths never get to fulfill this dream" he opined.

Anyanwu  avarred that the winner of the pageant shall embark on charitable works, awareness campaign in a show of appreciation and give back to the community ,stressing that  just 5,000 form one can achieve his  dream,as we are poised to "REDEFINING AFRICA TO THE WORLD."he said.

.....Groups reject Nana Udom's ambition

A banker, Mr. Ndiana-Abasi Nana Udom has said the Akwa Ibom State Government was not telling the truth about her current finances status.

Udom, who is vying to represent Ukanafun/Oruk Anam federal constituency in 2019 said the finances of the State have improved tremendously in 2018 compared to 2015, hence the State government should not continue to give citizens the impression that the economy was still uptight.

'Anyone who is saying that there is no money in Akwa Ibom State, is lying. I am saying this as a banker. The economy has stabilized. Anyone who claims otherwise is playing politics', Udom said at a meeting with youth.

At the meeting held in his father's house, Nung Udom, Ikot Uneke, Ukanafun, Ndiana-Abasi Udom said there should be complementary improvement in social services offered the State now that the finances have leaped.

Udom who works at United Bank of Africa, Uyo,  said his entrant into politics was informed by a desire to change the way politics was played; challenged the youth to rise to the occasion and vote him to the House of Representatives in 2019.

He regretted that youth engagements in governance in the State was still very low, claimed that he was tipped for an appointment, but some "evil man" rose up and stopped it  because he is a youth.

Udom who recreated the travails his father with kidnappers  two years ago, said Ukanafun/Oruk Anam should present a youth who has shown capacity and willing to serve so that there will be a complementary leadership and followership.

He said during his father's travail, the State government did not assist his family, but his young friends did; for that reason he said it would be better to stay on the part of the people.

Mr. Ndiana-Abasi Udom recently announced his intention to vie for the PDP ticket to represent Ukanafun/Oruk Anam, on  a Facebook page dedicated for his promotional and campaign materials.

"This is to personally and officially unveil the reality behind the MFONABASI 2019 project. While thanking all my family members, friends and the good people of Ukanafun/Orukanam Federal Constituency for all the support so far, Let me assure you all that this project has come to stay and that we are working daily towards victory by the special grace of God".

Nevertheless, groups in Ukanafun have rejected Udom's  aspiration, accused him of sponsoring blackmail against other contenders for the position.

In a statement yesterday, Thursday May 9, chairman of  Akwa Ibom Taxi, Tricycles and Motorcycle Association, in Ukanafun, Mr. Edidiong Friday accused Nana Udom of sponsoring malicious publications against Mr. Unyime Idem, another aspirant to the Ukanafun/Oruk Anam seat.

Mr. Friday in a video said APCOTMA rejected Nana Udom's N100, 000 and motorcycles which were baits were  to induce the group.

"APCOTMA rejected the overtures of Ndiana Udom because he is not known to them since he rarely visits home".

He said he was afraid that with Udom's affinities to stakeholders of the APC in the State, he may defect after the election.

"Part of the reasons why he was rejected is that he is an APC supporter who is being sponsored to win the House of Representatives election using PDP platform and later decamp to the APC", a blog tellnaija.com.ng quoted the APCOTMA chairman.

The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, fixed April 25 to decide whether or not the detained ..we won’t submit to secret trial, defendants insist By Ikechukwu Nnochiri ABUJ – The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, fixed April 25 to decide whether or not the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, should be released on bail pending his trial. Trial Justice Binta Nyako equally adjourned to rule on separate bail applications by three other pro-Biafra agitators, Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi, who are facing trial with Kanu. The defendants who are answering to five-count criminal charge the Federal Government preferred against them, through their respective lawyers, prayed the court to grant them bail. They contended that all the allegations FG levelled against them were bailable offences. Kanu’s lawyer, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, stressed that the court had in a ruling on March 1, struck out six out of eleven count charges FG initially slammed against the defendants. He noted that charges that were struck out by the court bordered on criminal conspiracy and alleged involvement of the defendants in acts of terrorism. According to Ejiofor, that aspect of the charge having been expunged by the court, there was no basis for both Kanu and the other defendants to still remain in prison custody. His argument was adopted by counsel to all the other defendants, who maintained that going by the pending charges, they no longer posed security threat to warrant their continued detention. Meantime, Justice Nyako also fixed April 6 to determine merit of application by the defendants, asking her to vary the order that gave FG the nod to shield identities of all the witnesses billed to testify against them. The trial Judge not only okayed the witnesses to testify behind a screen, she also granted an order permitting them to use pseudo names. Though the court agreed to mask the witnesses from the public, it held that the defendants and their lawyers would be allowed to see them. Dissatisfied with the decision, all the defendants applied for a review of the ruling, saying they would not submit themselves to any form of secret trial. Kanu had insisted that he would want the public and members of the press to be allowed to see faces of those testifying against him. “I was accused in public and I must be tried in public. No one can try me in secret! No secret trial! I will not accept that, no way!”, Kanu bellowed from the dock at the last adjourned date. It will be recalled that Justice Nyako struck out six charges against the defendants on the premise that they were not supported by the proof of evidence FG adduced against them. The Judge held that none of the six charges established a prima-facie criminal case against any of the defendants. She said the fact that IPOB was not an organisation registered in Nigeria did not make it an illegal society. “It may be true that IPOB is not registered in Nigeria, but does that make it an illegal organisation”, the Judge queried. Whereas the court branded some of the terminated charges as “hollow” and “scanty”, it however sustained five charges against the defendants. For instance, the court noted that FG failed to produce any evidence to support allegation in count-nine of the charge that the 2nd defendant, Onwudiwe, as National Coordinator of IPOB and Nwawuisi who was serving as MTN field Maintenance Engineer in Enugu State, conspired to install Radio Biafra transmitters on MTN masts sited at Ogun Road near St. Michael Church, Enugu, having agreed for the payment and receipt of N150, 000. As well as the allegation that Onwudiwe committed an act preparatory to an act of terrorism by carrying out research for the purpose of identifying and gathering of improvised explosives device, IED, making materials to be used against the Nigerian security operatives carrying out their lawful duties. According to Justice Nyako, FG ought to have charged Onwudiwe before a Magistrate Court over his alleged intention to commit an act of terrorism. She said FG did not establish any ingredient of crime in its allegation that Kanu had between March and April 2015, imported into Nigeria a radio Transmitter known as TRAM 50L and kept it in a container that was left in custody of the 3rd defendant, Madubugwu, at Ubuluisiuzor in Ihiala LGA of Anambra State. The court however held that Kanu has a case to answer pertaining to allegation in count-four that he lied that the Radio Transmitter was concealed in a container of used household items which the defendant declared as unused household items. Whereas the court struck out counts 3, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11 of the charges, it however sustained counts 1, 2, 4, 5 and 8. The sustained charges, to which all the defendants entered a fresh plea of not guilty on Wednesday , borders on conspiracy, treasonable felony, publication of defamatory matter and Kanu’s alleged importation of goods contrary and punishable under section 47(2) (a) of the Customs and Excise Management Act, Cap C45, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. In count three of the pending charges, FG alleged that Kanu had in a broadcast he made in London on April 28, 2015, through Radio Biafra, referred to President Muhammadu Buhari as “a paedophile, a terrorist, an idiot and an embodiment of evil”. Specifically, Kanu who was hitherto the Director of Radio Biafra and Television, is facing four out of the five remaining charges. FG alleged that Kanu being the leader of IPOB, conspired with his co-defendants and others now at large, on diverse dates in 2014 and 2915, in Nigeria and London, to broadcast on Radio Biafra monitored in Enugu and other areas, preparations for states in the South-East and South-South zones and other communities in Kogi and Benue states, to secede from the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with a view to constituting same into a Republic of Biafra. They were said to have committed an offence punishable under section 41(c) of the Criminal Code Act, CAP. C38 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. Madubugwu was accused of having in his possession at his house, one Emerald Magnum Pump Action Gun with serial number TS 870- 113- 0046, one Delta Magnum Pump Action Gun with serial number 501, and 41 Cartridges/ Ammunition, without lawful authority or licence.

leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mr.
