Orzobeat Media rolls out plans for King and Queen of the House Reality TV Show

An international entertainment and event management outfit Orzobeat Media has rolled out plans for King and Queen of the House Reality TV Show (KQ HOUSE SHOW), which is expected to change the face of reality TV in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

The show is expected to produce ambassadors of positive virtues in Nigeria and Africa as whole, according to the project director Mr. Lambart Nnorom Jr.

Mr. Nnorom who was speaking for Orzobeat Media, said beauty pageants and reality TV have been taken over by mediocre; people who cash out on the increasing immorality in the society, adding that things are about to change.

“The notion behind beauty pageantry has almost gone moribund and totally defeated. Boys and Girls have taken it as one of the cheapest ways to run for their immorality cum pimping businesses.

“We no longer have beauty Queens with brain and the desired aim for its promotion, which is to work on a Pet Project and standing tall as Models against ill societal influences. Mediocre and Girls of easy virtue are the ones wearing the crown for various Beauty Pageant Organizations”

He stated that nothing will be left in the hands of destroyers, adding that King and Queen of the House Reality TV Show has come to the rescue.

Explaining the concept of King and Queen of the House Reality TV Show, Mr. Nnorom said, it is a pageant for 30 contestants vying for two crowns for the King and Queen.

“It is a pageant cum reality TV show, where viewers will enjoy every single thing till the winners emerge”, he said.
He further stated that they will be taking strict measures to ensures the best of beauty and brain are admitted to the house.“Panel of Judges shall interview entrants on areas of Job creation, anti-corruption strategies and sociopolitical progress of the society. It is expected that the good – looking intelligentsia will finally  emerge, who shall become ambassadors of societal values in order to curb youthful unrest, community clashes, Child trafficking, cultism, Drug abuse etc” Mr. Lambert Nnorom Jr. said.

On how prepared Orzobeat Media is to carry out the task of organizing a reality TV show as KQ HOUSE SHOW that will be resounding beyond Nigeria, Mr. Nnorom said that everything has been put down as they are supposed to be, adding that there has been some structural implementations, strategic partnerships and other things needed are being sorted out ahead of 2021 when the event is expected to come alive.

“We understand every strength and weakness that is on ground at the moment, and with our strategy being to make things better while promoting African culture and values, we’re working towards being stronger than the strongest and not being as weak as their weakness”

The true life story began from when he was seven. Having been born
into a barely comfortable polygamous family, being of the Ehugbo stock
that practices a matrilineal system of inheritance, and of course, as
is typical of an ambitious Igbo boy, he was happy to leave home for
Southern Cameroun with his maternal uncle in search for greener
pasture. This search would finally see him dwelling in various
settings and across many seas away from home to achieve his goals.

The story spoke of three major prophecies that came to pass and helped
shape the boy’s life. It spoke of Africa, it spoke of Europe; it spoke
of various languages, cultures, religions, politics and isms. It told
of reincarnation and metaphysics; and recounted the history of the
boy’s people; of the abuses suffered by him both while under his
uncle’s care at Cameroun, at school, and in his conscription as a
barely armed, barely trained child soldier fighting in the frontlines
of the Nigeria-Biafra civil war. It spoke of the remote and immediate
causes of that war and its long term consequences on the people. It
also gave exciting accounts of the experience: the fight, the escapes,
and an eventual surrender.

It spoke of many firsts and of successes; of an exceptionally gifted
child who loved education, inventions, sport; and who always came tops
in class all through to his doctorate award bagged in 1987. A boy
saved from more perilous war circumstances to become orderly to a
General, the second-in-command of a rebel group. A boy now a
grandfather, who came small in size, but activist in nature to achieve
greatness for himself and family name; and to establish precedents
that encourage others. A boy fated to be lucky; winning lotteries and
opportunities, gaining support and mentoring every step of the way to
see him through life itself and its many hurdles.

The book came with fantasy and romance; detailing the childish romance
with Rose Mukete in Cameroun; the meeting and falling in love with
Grace Jombo who turned out to become a strong pillar of support to him
in Warri. This later love story is particularly touching as it tells
of a young man’s evergreen experiences with a Grace who suddenly was
no longer reachable and whose unknown whereabouts till date leaves a
gap in his mind, that only she can fill. The story went forward to
show the inter-racial meeting, falling in love and marriage in
Bulgaria to Vanya Dimitrova that helped stabilize the young man’s
focus, and of the family they built together.

The story further itemized the man’s work career in the academic world
and in the private sector, and how he rose up to become a community
leader on many fronts: tutorials, students and trade unions, in
traditional settings, local and tribal politics. The story also
brought to light the many rots in the ivory tower, and the spiritual
powers inherent in man.

Not only was I totally engrossed while I read the book “The General’s
Orderly … An Autobiography of a Biafran Soldier by Arua Okereke”, I
found myself out rightly seduced by the way the gifted writer played
with his words in the 436-page, 17-chapter book published by LifeRich;
and how he finally wove them all together with tasty spices of poetry
and adventure to achieve an authoritative masterpiece. Indeed, as a
creative builder, engineering expert and professor of construction
technology, Arua ‘Patrick’ Okereke must have brought in his keen eye
for art and specific details to birth a beautiful book that is not
just worth reading but captivating to the very last page.

"Healer" is often a spiritual profession best described in its true sense mostly in Europe, America and a couple of other spiritually motivated nations of the world.
In an African sense, "Healers" are often not as identified as their counterparts in other continents as most of them are discovered to either be Pastors, Motivational Speakers, Counselors or rarely, practicing psychologists. However, I chose to celebrate a kind I consider a real "African Healer". One who independently brings peaceful inspiration to broken souls. She is deep with insights, hence an awakened soul seeking to ignite the fire of her divine connection to the human race, especially for the less privileged who survive through the empathetic kindness of people like Amaka Gift.

Amaka Gift is a fast rising gospel singer, Public Speaker and a ceremonial presenter. She has till date held speaking sessions in selected primary schools, as she continues to draw plans of visiting many more where she hopes to take the gospel to the light bearers of future generations.
She is a devoted Christian and a prospective Nurse. She arrived last, in a family of 8 who hails from Mbaise, in IMO State Nigeria.

Join the light, as she extends open arms of love with the children at the orphanage to mark her birthday. we celebrate with Amaka Gift as she celebrates her divine birthday on the 28th of August. She refuse telling us her age anyway. ??
See some photos of our "African Healer" She has taken me straight to the deep, feel free to follow her on social network @RealAmakaGift.
Happy birthday Amaka Gift.

Jeremy Putnam, 31, was charged on March 24, 2017, in Winchester, Virginia, with wearing a mask in public.

A 31-year-old man in Virginia was arrested and charged with wearing a mask in publicFriday after he was spotted walking around dressed as the iconic comic book supervillain the Joker,
police said.
Police in Winchester -- located about 75 miles northwest of Washington, D.C. -- said the Winchester Emergency Communications Center received "several calls" around 2 p.m. on Friday of a suspicious male wearing a black cape and carrying a sword walking around the city.
Jeremy Putman was charged with wearing a mask in public, a felony that could land him in jail for up to five years, the Winchester Police Department said in a statement.
Police said they had received several similar reports over the last week, but they do not believe there are additional suspects.

Although it may seem surprising that wearing a mask in public is a felony, police said it wants "to remind the community of the seriousness of the crime."
According to Virginia Code 18.2-422, "It shall be unlawful for any person over 16 years of age, with the intent to conceal his identity, wear any mask, hood, or other device, whereby a substantial portion of the face is hidden or covered, so as to conceal the identity of the wearer, to be or appear in any public place, or upon any private property in this Commonwealth, without first having obtained from the owner or tenant thereof consent to do so in writing."
Putnam is being held at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center on a $2,000 secured bond.
It is unclear if he has an  attorney.

VENTURES AFRICA – Inspirational books and blogs are perverse with stories about successful people that were school dropouts. From Bill Gates to Steve Jobs, many writers and speakers have sought to use successful “drop out’ entrepreneurs as proof of the unimportance of school. One of the latest examples of their flawed argument is Mark Zuckerberg – the US $33.1 billion worth founder of social media giant Facebook.

Zuckerberg founded Facebook in 2004 with some of his colleagues in Havard University. A year later he dropped out of school to focus on the social media site. Today, Facebook is the world’s biggest online platform worth more than $200 billion, over half the GDP of South Africa, Africa’s second largest and most developed economy. Many point to Zuckerberg’s abrupt departure from school as a key contributor to his entrepreneurial success, and as a validation of the unimportance of formal education to making it in life. Aside the Facebook founder, writers have also found strength in some other successful tech entrepreneurs to push their “get out of school” campaign. An article on Business Insider, quoting PayPal Co-Founder Peter Thiel, claimed college “just isn’t worth it in the age of startups.” Ironically, Thiel holds two university degrees in Philosophy and Law.

Although Mark Zuckerberg’s decision to quit school helped him grow his campus idea into a multibillion dollar investment, the input of education in making him a successful techpreneur can never be over-emphasized. Mark was no doubt exceptional from childhood; at 12, he created a messaging program, “Zucknet,” which his father even adapted in his office. But talented as he was, Zuckerberg’s parents still had to hire a private computer tutor to hone the whiz kid’s skills. The boy wonder was also took schooling seriously; in high school he excelled in literature, earning a diploma in classics. In his junior year he won prizes in science (math, astronomy and physics) and classical studies, and was also very active in sports. He reportedly can read and write French, Hebrew, Latin, and ancient Greek, not traits of someone that was uninterested or did not benefit from schooling.

Like Zuckerberg, Bill Gates’ successful career is rooted in the sound education he acquired, starting from his early childhood, so too his Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, even if the latter influenced the former to drop out of Harvard. Gates graduated from high school with a National Merit Scholar—a US academic scholarship award, scoring 1590 out of 1600 on the SAT. Steve Jobs, another weapon of drop out of school advocates, credits his part-time classes in college with giving him ideas that he used in developing the Mac. He had dropped out due to lack of funds. “If I had never dropped in on that single calligraphy course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts,” Jobs said in the commencement address he gave at Stanford.

Frontline Supporters of Education

Zuckerbeg (with spouse Priscilla Chan) said in 2014 “the world’s most innovative community shouldn’t also be a home for struggling public schools.”

Even with his dropout status and jaw dropping success, Zuckerberg, like Gates and most successful dropout entrepreneurs, continue to massively support education; something he wouldn’t be doing if they didn’t believe in the importance of schools. In 2010, Zuckerberg donated $100 million to to Newark Public Schools of New Jersey state. Last year he and his wife Priscilla Chan announced another $120 million donation to the public schools of the San Francisco Bay Area. On the donation he said, the world’s most innovative community shouldn’t also be a home for struggling public schools,” a testament to the importance of schools in developing successful innovators and entrepreneurs.

While university degrees cannot guarantee success in life, education and school activity plays an invaluable role in sharpening skills, honing talents and moulding the requisite character for success in life. Mark Zuckerberg epitomises this. It is not surprising that he, like Bill Gates, had two complete years at Harvard, during which they both testify to benefiting greatly from the university’s resources, human and material. Also, cutting your education is no sure ticket to entrepreneurship, Zuckerberg didn’t leave the university until Facebook was already blossoming. Thus, before we get overzealous with the dropout status of these hyper successful guys, let’s sober up to the fact that they were also very committed and hardworking students– the foundation of their succesful careers. neur can never be over-emphasized. LAS VEGAS –– Good news: You’ll soon be able to leave that weighty brick of a laptop charger of yours at home.
No, it’s not because the everlasting battery has been invented. Instead, California company FINsix is launching the next-best thing: “The world’s smallest laptop charger.”
Called Dart, the charger comes in several attractive color options, is packaged with a collection of tips to fit plenty of computer models, and, most delightfully, is only slightly larger than a regular smartphone charger. Not as delightful, though, is Dart’s $89 price tag, which surely won’t appeal to everyone.
image
(Yahoo Tech)
Still, virtually every laptop owner in the world is qualified to lament the bulky nature of the power bricks today’s portable computers are paired with. It’s one of the few pieces in tech not to significantly shrink in size over the years — until now, that is.
Dart claims international compatibility (100-240 volts) with Acer, Samsung, ASUS, Dell, Sony, and Lenovo laptops (among others), but the charger also comes with connections to juice smartphones or tablets that fit a USB-based power cable. An adapter for Apple’s MacBooks will be added sometime after the Dart ships, the company says.
image
(CNET)
One disclaimer: Serious gamers or video editors may need to look closely at Dart’s technical specs, as higher-powered laptops often require more than the 65 watts Dart supplies.
The VHF (very high frequency) power conversion technology behind FINsix’s mini-charger has been almost five years in the making. But after recently wrapping up development, and garnering funding from a Kickstarter campaign last May, the company is finally taking preorders for Dart, which should ship in the summer of 2015.
You can visit the company’s website now to reserve yours.
